Our award-winning cooling rug for horses is the perfect way to cool and relax after exercise or on hot days. It is made of highly breathable material and uses only water to provide up to 5 hours of cooling making it ideal for keeping them comfortable during transport. No need for freezers, ice, toxic gels, or chemicals ..... simply soak and go.

Unlike other cooling rugs, ours will not dry stiff, or need water applying at regular intervals.  The strong netting wicks away excess moisture, helping your horse recover faster.

We recommend using for travelling; being stabled on a hot day; pre and post exercise; or while waiting for vets or farriers in the heat. 

Please note:

Hose down your horse with water after exercise ensuring they are not hot to touch before applying the cooling rug. If the cooling rug is applied whilst your horse is hot, it will require resoaking after 20 minutes. 

Our cooling leg wraps have not been tested for turnout, whilst they do have a strong protective mesh, they may not withstand being rolled on, bitten or rubbed against fences etc. We recommend monitoring your horse whilst wearing to ensure it is resoaked when necessary.
